Service Administrator


Wimbledon / 08.00 - 17.00 (with 1-hour lunch break) Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week


£27-32,000pa DOE!


As a Service Administrator, your role will be pivotal to ensure smooth operations and exceptional experiences for our client's customers. With your expertise in customer service and administration, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:



  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, projecting a friendly and efficient image.

  • Liaising with customers, providing information, and resolving queries.

  • Assigning jobs to engineers, considering geographical location and technical skills.

  • Sending customers maintenance agreement proposals and scheduling maintenance visits.

  • Inputting data onto the customer database and creating job sheets.

  • Producing documents to a high standard of spelling, grammar, and presentation.

  • Maintaining a filing system and handling incoming and outgoing post.


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Basic written English and numeracy skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should also be able to stay calm and resolve problems efficiently. Please note that a security vetting check is required for this position.
