Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum & Bonus - up to 50% of your basic salary
Working Pattern: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the internal sales team, responsible for maximising sales opportunities through price negotiation and proactive management of projects and customer enquiries. Your role will involve monitoring volume, price, and profit in line with the business strategy, negotiating and confirming quotations, and ensuring the CRM system is up to date. Additionally, you will source and manage sales leads, maintain customer relationships, and provide technical advice related to product specification and installation.
Key Duties:
- Monitor volume, price, and profit in line with business strategy
- Negotiate and confirm quotations
- Ensure CRM system is up to date with customer enquiries and price details
- Proactively follow up and secure business
- Source and manage sales leads
- Maintain contact with major customers and prospects
- Ensure maximum number of quotations are converted to orders
- Provide technical advice and support to customers
- Record and communicate market and competitor information
- Maintain customer relationships and identify product opportunities
- Recommend improvements in procedures and working practises
The Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should be confident in conversing with customers over the phone, email, and face to face. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to build lasting business relationships. Previous experience in an internal sales role within a technical or construction environment is beneficial.
