Salary: Β£30,000-Β£35,000 per annum (DOE)

At our client's organisation, specialising in original first editions, signed, rare, and antiquarian books, you'll be part of a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the impeccable presentation of our Mayfair shop and gallery. π«
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and correspondence from various channels π©
- Assist in-store customers, providing exceptional service and knowledgeable advice ππΌ
- Represent the organisation at trade fairs, with occasional overseas travel βοΈ
- Support shop logistics and maintain the store's appearance β¨
- Take care of day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations π
- Assist with personalised requests and offer tailored recommendations β¨
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations π€
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of clients π¬
- Resourceful and able to solve problems quickly under pressure β‘
- Experience in luxury retail with a focus on exceptional service πΌπ
- Excellent spoken and written English πβοΈ
- Highly organised and detail-oriented π
- Experience working collaboratively within a team π€
- Strong literary interests π
