A rare opportunity has become available to join our award-winning professional recruitment team. This role will support our clients, some of whom are West Lothians top employers, as well as providing an unrivalled service to our incredible candidates.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | 3 days office, 2 days work from home (business depending). The role will initially be working from our Edinburgh office on our 'in office' days before moving to our new site in Livingston at the end of 2024 (there will be free parking at our new site)

Salary: Competitive salary offered + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus potential

Our Livingston branch had a customer service NPS score of 92 so we need someone who is equally as passionate about providing the best possible service to our candidates and clients.

About you:

  • You'll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written)

  • You'll have a People first mentality.

  • Recruitment is target driven, so you'll enjoy knowing exactly what your individual contribution means in terms of team targets and budgets! Having a strong desire to succeed should be a given!

  • You'll be excited to join a team which is made up of people who love working with and supporting each other daily.

  • A passion for sales, learning, progressing, and making lots of commission!

  • The ability to drive ad have access to a car is preferred as you'll be out and about meeting clients in their place of work on a regular basis

About the role:

  • Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the candidate flow is of a suitable calibre

  • Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping in-person sales materials into prospective clients.

  • Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing clients, new clients and candidates alike.

  • Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing their roles and business plans.

  • Matching; Candidates skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles

  • Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals

  • Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc

  • Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with candidates to maintain relationships.

  • Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy

  • Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries.
