  • Sourcing new candidates from linked-in, social media and other platforms utilising the latest technology and high-profile job boards.

  • Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Negotiating offers and contract terms for successful candidates.

  • Hitting weekly targets and KPI's by carrying out the sales process.

  • Search and identity new job leads.

  • Identify new candidate and client opportunities.

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the office sector.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships.

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting targets.

  • A positive and bubbly personality attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
