Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Are you passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll services? We have an exciting position available to join a thriving organisation. Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis or straight permanent basis.


Responsibilities:



  • Process end-to-end payroll

  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation and distribution of salaries

  • Manage statutory deductions, such as taxes, social security, and pension contributions

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information

  • Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance


Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 experience in payroll processing

  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
