Our client, a well-established finance organisation based in Bolton, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as an Office Junior. This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £23,500 per annum.
At our client's office conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from a train station, you will have the opportunity to work as part of their dynamic admin pool. As a valued member of their team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with various admin tasks including typing letters, emails, and reports
- Handling the onboarding process for new clients, including money laundering checks
- Sending documents via Docusign for signature
- Setting up new companies as requested
- Photocopying and scanning documents as required
- Emailing bills to clients and sending out registered office post
- Coordinating and organising Zoom meetings and meeting bookings
- Assisting with company secretarial matters as instructed by the Compliance team
- Providing reception cover when required, including taking calls and booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for visitors and arranging refreshments for client meetings
- Ensuring high standards are maintained within the office
- Scanning incoming post and handling any other admin tasks as required
Our client is looking for someone who can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint would be highly advantageous. As a vital member of their team, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
