Are you ready to join a fun, fast-paced, and exciting team? This dynamic recruitment organisation is looking for an Office Coordinator/Personal Assistant to help keep the office running smoothly while also supporting the directors in both their professional and personal lives.
This is a stand alone admin role so we are looking for someone who enjoys variety and can be proactive. If you're highly organised, love a good challenge, and are ready to be a key player in our client's growth, this could be your dream role.
Duties will include:
- Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of our client's office, including ordering supplies, managing facilities, and being the go-to for any office-related queries.
- Payroll & Invoicing: Handle the payroll process and ensure invoicing is completed accurately and on time.
- Event Planning: From weekly team socials to company trips abroad, you'll help organise exciting events that keep our client's team motivated and connected.
- Executive Assistant to the Founders: Provide high-level support to the two Founders, managing their calendars, travel arrangements, and helping them stay on top of their priorities.
- Errand Running: Assist with both professional and personal errands, making sure everything from last-minute business needs to personal requests are handled seamlessly.
- Culture Champion: Be a key player in maintaining and enhancing our client's amazing company culture. Bring your energy, ideas, and fun spirit to help make our client's office a place people love coming to every day.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you see challenges as opportunities.
- Strong IT skills, Xero would be ideal!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with payroll and invoicing would be a plus, but an ability to pick things up quickly and a love of numbers is just as important
- A strong attention to detail - you're the one who catches the little things others might miss.
