Responsibilities:



  • Answering calls and handling client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm 💁‍♀️

  • Providing a warm welcome to clients, handling introductions, and gathering initial enquiry data 👋

  • Updating property details on the bespoke system and registering new clients 💼

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our property listings and services 🏙️

  • Create content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels 📷

  • Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters 📰

  • Manage and update the company's website and property portals with current listings and information 💻

  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness 📈

  • Managing office supplies and equipment, keeping the team fully equipped 📋

  • Coordinating maintenance and facilities for the office, so everything runs like a well-oiled machine 🔧

  • Assisting the property management team with administrative tasks and utility bill management 💡

  • Diary management for the director and organising team meetings 🗓️

  • Liaising with clients and third parties on behalf of the Director by phone and email 📞

  • Managing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required 📝



Skills and Experience:



  • Administrative experience essential, marketing experience desirable 📝
