Job Title: Legal Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Chard, Somerset
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 PA DOE

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
- Scan and file incoming post electronically
- Assist in opening and updating client files
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Liaise with clients and handle their queries
- Set up meeting rooms
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience within the legal industry or a Law graduate looking to kick-start their career would be advantageous
- Administrative / reception experience within a regulated environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
