Human Resources and Compliance Business Partner
Location: near Heathrow Airport
Benefits include:
* Salary: Starting at £50,000
* Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexibility to meet demands
* Annual Leave: 25 days per year (increasing to 30 days after 5 years) + bank holidays

The Role:
This is a great opportunity to join a brand-new HR & Compliance team dedicated to providing support across multiple groups within the organisation. We are seeking a skilled Business Partner in Human Resources and Compliance to support the HR&C Director and collaborate with key leaders within the organisation. This role will require the flexibility to travel across sites in the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with statutory requirements and best practices.
* Provide expert advice on HR matters and compliance, ensuring all staff understand their roles and performance standards.
* Support the management of pay and reward strategies, promoting consistency across the organisation
* Build effective relationships with unions and report on HR matters as needed.
* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and manage Freedom of Information requests.
* Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and line manage assigned staff.
What We're Looking For:
* You will be CIPD Fully Qualified
* You will be able to demonstrate significant experience in HR and compliance, ideally within an educational setting / public sector.
* Experience of using and managing an HRIS
* Ideally you will have experience of implementing public sector pay awards
* Knowledge of current HR legislation and best practices.
* Strong IT skills across Microsoft and Google products (most particularly MS Word, Excel, Google Drive and Google Docs).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
