Helpdesk Manager


12 month contract


Up to £45,000 depending on experience


London Bridge


9-5:30pm Monday - Friday, this role will be full time office based with the potential of 1 day a week from home


Social team with monthly socials, office snacks and paid lunch twice a month


Standard pension, 25 days holiday plus 1 day for your birthday if it falls on a week day


Our client, a dynamic and well-established retail maintenance organisation, is seeking an experience Help desk manager on a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills to an exciting and supportive work environment.


Responsibilities:


� Assisting with projects


� Answering invoice queries


� Raising invoices on client specific systems


� Responsible for out of hours call outs


� Creating and sending invoicing spreadsheets


� Cross-checking in-house system to client systems to ensure all jobs have been invoiced


� Requesting order numbers


� Organisation of jobs


� Raising permits


� Assisting the helpdesk with issues


� Client meetings


� Assistance with quotes and estimates


� Site visits


Skills and Personal Qualities:


� Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel


� Exposure to the facilities maintenance industry is highly desirable.


� Experience within helpdesk management in desirable


� Excellent command of written and spoken English


� Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team


� Confident and organised, paying meticulous attention to detail


� Good customer service skills, with a presentable and communicative approach


� Self-driven and motivated to succeed
