As the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the organisation's financial operations and contribute to its continued success. Working closely with their team, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including implementing Workday Progress Reports, preparing Trial Balances, and leveraging your experience in the constructional industry.

Key responsibilities:



  • Utilising your expertise in Workday Progress Reports to generate accurate financial insights.

  • Assisting in the preparation of Trial Balances and providing valuable analysis to support decision-making.

  • Drawing upon your constructional industry experience to ensure financial processes are aligned with sector-specific requirements.

  • Collaborating with the team to develop and deliver financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Providing strategic financial guidance to aid in the organisation's growth and sustainability.

  • Managing budgeting and forecasting activities to optimise financial performance.

  • Overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and attention to detail.

  • Implementing internal controls to protect the organisation's assets and ensure financial integrity.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in management accounts, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday Progress Reports or Trial Balances is desired.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Professional certification such as CIMA is desired but not required.
