⭐️ Showcase your event coordination expertise by organising events and conferences, including travel arrangements.


⭐️ Take full responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.


⭐️ Keep a meticulous eye on meticulous expense collation for the Managing Director and senior management team.


⭐️ Utilise your exceptional organisational skills to prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.


⭐️ Ensure smooth operations by managing databases and filing systems.


⭐️ Keep the office running seamlessly by tracking and replenishing office supplies.


⭐️ Be analytical and efficient in prioritising work, always staying a step ahead.


⭐️ Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.


⭐️ Develop strong relationships with executives, senior management, and external contacts.


Skills and Experience:


✔️ Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise.


✔️ Exposure to global companies with multiple sites would be highly desirable.


✔️ Show proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and ERM systems (e.g., SAP).


✔️ Exhibit excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, making each interaction count.
