Events Coordinator

Location: Lambeth

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Hours: Full time - hybrid working offered, the role will be 3 days office based

We are currently seeking a talented Events Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. If you have a passion for event planning and are ready to take on a challenging yet fulfilling role, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

� Provide comprehensive support and assistance in running events.

� Venue selection, speaker arrangements, refreshments, and delegate arrangements.

� Manage and maintain the sponsorship area on our client's website, ensuring all sponsor contact details are up-to-date.

� Prepare sponsor packs for each event and ensure all after-sales procedures are met.

� Identify and invite sponsors and guests as required

� Coordinate and organise conference materials, banners, signage, and other event essentials.

� Liaise with sponsors, providing a high level of support and maintaining strong professional relationships.

� Provide general administrative support to delegates and assist with any ad hoc duties as needed.

Essential Skills:

� Excellent communication skills

� Previous experience within Event Coordination

� Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

� Adaptability to work with minimal supervision

� Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
