Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £40,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, hybrid working will be offered of 3 days office based and two days home based.
Occasional travel to locations in the UK will be expected

Our client, a leading organisation in the hospitality industry, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive People Services Advisor to join their team.
Duties:
- Managing employee relations, coaching managers and ensuring compliance in employment law
- Providing timely advice to resolve disputes, from disciplinary procedures to grievance resolution
- Working closely with the organisation's employment lawyers to provide case-related documentation and insights
- Policy development
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify manager training needs and facilitate employee relations upskilling training
- Assist with benefits for new starters
- Manage the people services help desk
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration
- Analysing and reporting
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar industry, e.g. service or hospitality is beneficial but not essential
- CIPD qualified or working towards this is beneficial
- Happy to travel to UK locations as and when needed
- Experience within ER and HR
