As part of their Digital Product Lifecycle Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of their digital business by managing the product enrichment and loading process. Your work will directly impact their sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Digital Product Enrichment Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Enriching product listings, including writing engaging product descriptions and setting up accurate attributes.

  • Collaborating closely with various teams, such as the Photostudio, Trading Team, and Buying Teams, to source product assets and information.

  • Following guidelines provided by the Product Lifecycle Manager to ensure consistency and best practises.

  • Continuously improving the product attribution to enhance the customer experience.

  • Coordinating with external suppliers and brand partners to gather necessary product assets.

  • Prioritising product enrichment in alignment with the Photography Production Team.

  • Meeting KPIs and campaign requirements for loading products and brands.

  • Collaborating with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to resolve any issues related to product information online.

  • Assisting the Digital Operations Team in resolving technical issues affecting product loading.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to form strong relationships.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently under strict deadlines.

  • Collaborative and proactive work style to meet challenging timelines.

  • Excellent spelling and grammar.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Agility PIM, DAM, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be advantageous.
