We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join a Financial Services business in Knaresborough as Customer Service Executive.

As part of our client's organisation, you'll have the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

💼 Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email, and social media channels.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and resolve their concerns efficiently.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

  • When trained, you will be able to close new accounts after which you will be given a health bonus! This can be between £100-£200 per month on top of your base salary.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
