Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm ⏰


Responsibilities:



  • Deal with customer enquiries and register applicants 📞💼

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings 🏠🔑

  • Follow up with applicants and present offers to senior staff 📝

  • Liaise with Property Managers and conduct property inspections 🏢📋

  • Assist the admin team with the tenant move-in process 📦✨



Skills and experience required:



  • Experience in sales or customer service essential

  • Outstanding customer care and service skills 💯🤝

  • Resilient, positive, and able to work well under pressure

  • Organised, numerate, and detail-oriented 📊✍️

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✉️🗣️

  • Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems 💻📧

  • Must be presentable and well-groomed 💼👔

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, registering applicants, arranging property viewings, and following up on applications.
