Job Title: Customer Service Administrator


Location: Crawley - ideally a car driver due to location or local to Crawley if not


Salary: £27,000 - £30,000


Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

About The Job:


As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include purchasing, preparing, and submitting quotes, as well as negotiating the best price with suppliers. The ability to maintain and submit reports accurately is essential to succeed in this role.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Form excellent relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met

  • Take ownership of your clients and provide personalised support

  • Utilise your strong knowledge of systems, including MS Office and Excel

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
