3 - 6 Month Temporary Contract


Hours: Full Time, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am - 4.00pm Friday


Our client: a well-respected Higher Education institution based in the heart of Coventry are currently looking for a Careers Coordinator to join their friendly and well-established team. In this busy and varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to students, graduates and corporate partners and assist with the daily running of a variety of projects and events.


Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Providing administrative support and project management for events

  • Coordinating activities related to employment projects

  • Supporting the careers team by posting job opportunities and providing data analysis

  • Coordinating planning, advertising, and promotion of career and personal development workshops and webinars

  • Scheduling student interviews and coordinate recruitment activities

  • Be the first point of contact for careers-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing professional guidance

  • Assist with finance-related administration, including budget management

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in project coordination and administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Word
