Administrator - Document Management System Implementation

Location: Park Central, Birmingham

Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.50

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? Our client, a leading organisation in Birmingham, is seeking an Administrator to support the implementation and management of their Document Management System.

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in the implementation and management of their Document Management System. Your responsibilities will include document collation, interpretation, formatting, and entry into the system, document mapping, validating source information with industry publications and websites, cataloguing, and data entry. Attention to detail and strong MS Office skills, especially in Word, are essential for success in this role. Experience in SharePoint/365 environment and document management will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, interpret, format, and enter documents into the system

  • Map documents to ensure accurate categorization

  • Validate source information with industry publications and websites

  • Catalogue and organise documents efficiently

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently


  • Experience working with document management systems, preferably in a SharePoint/365 environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Please note: This is a temporary position located in Park Central, Birmingham. The contract will have a full-time working pattern. Driving is not required for this role. This temporary position offers an hourly rate between £12.50 and £13.50. Plus, our client embraces a hybrid working model, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
