This is a long term temporary or temporary-to-permanent opportunity that promises growth and development for the right candidate.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and distributing documents

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Provide support to the team as needed


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as a part of a team

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required
