JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant | Logistics Team



LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent



SALARY: £15ph to £16ph



TERM: 6 month temporary contract, possible permanent opportunities



HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday



Office Angels are proud to be supporting this global business in their search for an Admin Assistant with strong Excel skills. You will be working as part of the busy Logistics team in a varied and fast paced position. This is a temporary contract for 6 months, however their could be career opportunities for the right candidate. The modern offices are based just off the M20 with ample free parking on site.



The key duties and requirements are:



  • Excellent time management and task planning

  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Problem solving and alternative solution thinking

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, working to tight deadlines and being able to multitask across changing priorities

  • Responsible for organising sample shipments by DHL according to samples tracker control

  • Register sample request orders in the system and update customers on delivery status

  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to register inventory stock transfers and shipments (internal/external) in our CRM system and make sure stock records are reconciled with external/ internal warehouse systems

  • Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Excel and Outlook



We'd love to speak to candidates who:



  • Have strong Administration skills

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel user

  • Possess excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail, ideally using CRMs
